Rental income expenses

I built a house in 2002 and am receiving Mortgage Interest relief at source (TRS) for it. It is my first and only house and is my main residence (PPR). Last year I decided to rent it out for a two year period amd move back in with my parents. I am still receiving TRS on the house. After the two years I will be moving back in. Is the mortgage interest I pay on the house an allowable expense against rental income even thought I am still receiving TRS? If it is how do i include this on Form 12. Do I calculate it at my standard rate of tax (20%). Any help much appreciated.

Did you pay the clawback of stamp duty that was due?
I am still receiving TRS on the house.
You should not be claiming this once the property was rented out. Did you register with the PRTB? Are you paying tax on rental income?

You really should get independent, professional advice on this issue!
