Rent subsidies

Does anyone know where the maximum rent subsidies paid by local authorities are published? In particular, does anyone know what is paid in Cork County Council area for a couple with 3 children? My mother's 3-bed house in Wilton is rented to people on rent subsidy. The rent (€190 pw) is on the low side and should be increased. At the moment the health board pays €177 of that. Anyone know what the maximum would be??

Not sure what they are getting in Cork but I know that getting the balance from rent allowance tenants is like getting blood form a stone, in my experience they take it as a personal insult to have to pay anything, they are under the impression we should pay the balance because we are lucky enough to own a house and work for a living.
