Rent Relief

Hi all,
I'm working in Ireland since October '09. I'm earing 19k/year.
The Tax Credit basically covers all my taxes (I'm almost paying 0 taxes I think).
In 2009 I paid 1500 euro for renting a room.
I'm wondering if the Rent Relief that I'll get from the Revenue is still 300 euro (20%) or if it's less due to the fact that I'm almost paying no taxes.
Thank you very much

link above on rent info. you will only get tax back that you have actually paid. if no tax on p60 no refund

Thank you a lot for your response.
Do you know which voice shows the total taxes in my P60?
Is 'Total net tax deducted in above year' or 'Employee's PRSI' or something else..?
I'm sorry I'm new to this tax system.
Thank you again
