Hi any advice appreciated.Im a new landlord with tenants whose tenancy is up the end of the month.They owe money for some of last month and all of this month,it has been like this more or less since the tenancy began dribs and drabs.There was a deposit, taking that into account i am now still owed monies.Tomorrow i have organised a meeting and am seriously thinking of not renewing the contract , the tenants have stated they want to stay on.Question is how much notice do i have to give them especially since they have continually broken the rental agreement about payment of rent?Any other advice most appreciated.I am really afraid they might squat,she is also on rental allowance.Chippy
