I was wondering if anyone could help me please. I have recently moved out of an aprtment i rented for 2 years. I have moved out as just recently bought. We have heard nothing from the estate agent about getting our deposit back... Its been over 2 weeks now and every time i ring, they say someone will call me back. I have ledt the aprtment in the same condition i found it which was spotless!! Even had the carpets and suite of furniture cleaned for him. It was a €1200 deposit and im really depending on getting it back!!! Does anyone know how long this process usually takes?? And do you usually get your full deposit back?? Thanks
