I have an apartment which I have had rented out for a number of years. It has never made any profilt really, it just abotu covered itself. I;ve had a few tenants in there and it has all gone very smooth so far.
Its empty now and I'm trying to get someone in. One person asked me if I accept rent allowance. Can anyone tell me what this is exactly and how it might affect me?
