Found it! I've never seen that before so thanks.

You get smillie faces on the 'post reply' or if you include 'quote'...they're on the top bar. Can't use them if you use quick reply.

So if I'm an owner occupier, I can claim TRS plus the rent a room allowance (7620). If I'm renting long term and decide to rent under the scheme, can I receive rent relief allowance as well as exemption under RaRs?

Which category does Sean fall under? I presume it's the former.
