Rent a dehumidifer for a confined space

Anyone know where I can rent a dehumidifier in Dublin - it needs to fit in a very confined space (a shared service area between apartments), so maximum of 1 foot deep, height can be 3 feet or more, width up to 2 feet. Someone else has been trying to get one but is having no luck.

I imagine the large industrial dehumidifiers that the rental companies have will all be larger than the dimensions you require.

Would buying a dehumidifier be an option?

You'll need to look at the amount of water they can extract per day and (unless you've a nearby location into which they can drain continuously and the model has a continuous drain facility) the capacity of their tank. Some of the cheaper ones have very poor extraction capacity.

I got a good one in B&Q last year. It has a connection for a continouos flow hose also and I think it only cost about €80. Works really well.
