Removing color run from Duvet

Hi all,
Mr Bear put on a wash over the weekend, and lo and behold there was a navy sock in with my lovely white Duvet! What is the best thing to remove colour run...

There is a product you can buy that is very good for this sort of thing. Now, if I can just remember the name ... I'll have to check and get back to you on that. It's made by the same company that makes a lot of fabric dyes. Draylon? Something along those lines.

Anyways, I had a top that was black with white sleeves. First time I washed it, the black ran into the white. Using this product removed all the dye from the sleeves. (It also removed some of the black dye from the bit I still wanted to be black, but that's a whole other issue relating to my own stupidity!) Given that you're doing a duvet cover that's completely white, you shouldn't have the same issues :)

I found it in a soft furnishings shop, along with a stand full of dyes. Maybe somewhere like Hickeys might have it? It may even be available in the supermarket.

PS if all else fails, maybe you can just dye the cover blue instead ;)
