I hoping to buy a site at the moment for 240000 euro
I have 2 properties ,the first is my ppr and worth around 400000 with a mortgage of 300000 repayments of 421pm
the second is rented out at 1130pm with a value of 350000 and a mortgage of 65000 repayments of 1334pm.
Can i remortgage the investment property for 310000 and buy the site out straight or would it be better to sell the investment property and buy it that way
I will have to sell my PPR anyway to finance the build
I would like to keep the investment property if at all possible
Any suggestions??
