Has it been decided whether those of us who paid our water charges are going to be reimbursed?

The politicians have only had months to make a decision... you're expecting to much of them!

(In short, the answer is no and it's not imminently expected either.)

looks like we are going to be refunded but minus the €100 conservation grant. At the time they told us that had nothing to do with the water bill and it was meant to be spend on measures to conserve water in the home. Mine went towards a dual flush toilet. Not hey presto, they deducting it off the bill I paid. I bet the water crowd brigade get to keep their €100. What a shambles.
