If a company director buys a small gift(eg a hamper ) himself to say thank you to a long term customer can the director be reimbursed by his company tax free or is that not allowed?
OR is it better if the company buys the hamper outright and the director just gives it to the customer
FYI: The company has no profits because all revenue is withdrawn in the form of director salary
