Hi, I run a micro craft business from home and would like to develop it further so I would like to register it. I make journals in the garage and sell online only. I am a sole trader and I need to provide a NACE code, which looks like to be 1709*. I have a couple of questions:
1) What is the meaning of the asterisk?
2) My husband is concerned that declaring the business would affect the value of the house since it would no longer be purely residential. I stress: I am a Sunday crafter enjoying making stuff. The code falls under the manufacturing section but really that is overblown for what I do.
Any insight about the ramification of registering?
