regarding tax credit and usc

i just got my p21 and according to it i have overpaid both tax and usc
but below it says i will only get the amount of usc back as cheque
i am new to all this and have no clue can anyone explain this please,

You're reading it wrong.

It says you overpaid PAYE by 1,664, it says you underpaid USC by 16 and it says a cheque for the net overpayment of 1,448 will issue.
