It would by end of December (when mat pay ends) she would be there well over 2 yearsAs your wife is already on Maternity Leave I assume she is in receipt of Maternity Benefit from SW. That should continue at the same rate as she is currnetly on for 26 weeks in total.
She would be deemed to be in employment while on Maternity leave.
Would that bring her up to 2 years with that employer

Her P45 will be sent in the post after she completes an RP1 form? You said she was made redundant, did she get a P45. If not she is still employed but should have not got a P45 while on Mat leave as Purple has shown
She is on maternity at the moment and it finishes at the start of December, in total it is 39 weeks the company will pay until 15th May (thursday) we will contact welfare on monday dont know if they pay the same rate as the company, thanks for the help folksIf she is on maternity leave at the moment, and her maternity pay (from welfare?) ends in december, would that not mean that she is getting more than 26 weeks? Does her maternity pay end sooner and her additional, unpaid maternity leave take her up to December?
