C Catipillar Guest 18 Jun 2003 #1 Redundancy & Taxation. If your offered the statutory redundance of 2 weeks for every year worked - what is the rate of tax on that payment? If you recieve 6 or 8 weeks redundency or a lump sum as a settlement, how is that taxed?

Statutory redundancy pay is tax-exempt. Is the EU10,160 and EU765 for each year of service ON TOP of that amount or instead? Many thanks.
