The company I work for is planning on going into Liquidation but wont tell us when ~ I know they have to give us 2 weeks notice but they dont seem to bothered about this or the fine from not giving it to us. I have been told that if they do not pay us for 4 weeks that then the employees can force the redundacy - I have read the redundancy booklet but I am not fully clear on this. Any one any advise?
