i took out a mortgage of 320K in 07 fixed for two years
at 5.2% i broke out earlier and was put on svr rate. this has
recently been restored to tracker rate of 1.15%.
unfortunetly i was unable to keep up with full payments
due to a 50% wage reduction in work but i always paid
what i could and have since entered a split mortgage agreement.
my question is will my redress amount be the same as somebody
who made full payments or will my underpayments affect amount?
