Recommened Builder to manage 2 story extension to Semi-D.

Morning all,

We are looking at building a 2 story extension to the side and a single story to the rear.
Can any one recommend a builder in Dublin that would handle all aspects of this work?

I am working on the drawings at the moment and am almost ready to get some quotes. Obviously as many as I can.

I know a builder called Sean Conroy Celtis Construction Ltd, I've seen his work, he's very good.

I used www.rivalconstruction.ie I also had built 2 storey extension to the side and one storey to the rear. (1000 sq ft). Rival Construction were on time, on budget and the quality of their work was to the highest possible standard. I couldnt recommend them highly enough. They were by far cheaper than any other quote and also included in that price free cleaning, flooring and painting of the whole extension. A film crew came to my house recently from The City channel and filmed the extension and interviewed the builder.
