Guys,

Just browsing in a book shop today and wondered what are people's favourite coffee table books?

I saw a lovely one today "The World of the Polar Bear" by Norbert Rosing.

Op to Pop, definitely (http://www.amazon.com/Op-Pop-Furniture-Cara-Greenberg/dp/0821225162)

i never really understood the concept of coffee table books. Are they to be read or for show?

if it's for something that anyone could pick up and browse through then what about a gary larson collection? or a photography collection?

i keep some of my favourite reference books under my coffee table..Millers guides, wildlife books, gardening books, and a haynes manual.
