Recommendation for Call Log Software

Can anyone recommend a particular call log software?

We are looking for a package that will record the following information:

• If the call is incoming or outgoing
• Company name
• Name of the person you have spoken to
• Details of what the call was about

We just need something quite simple and the calls (at least for now) won't be coming in on the PC, so the details will be recorded manually.

I would appreciate any suggestions or recommendations.

Would a simple excel spreadsheet not do the trick?

We had thought of that but we also want to be able to do reminders and follow ups etc and we would like it to be something that can grow with the company.

Any other suggestions?
