recommendation for a builder to knock down a wall and remove a fire place

Hi,

I am looking for a recommendation for a builder to knock down a wall which separates living room and kitcken and to remove the fire place in the living room. My apartment is in Dublin city center

You're in an apartment. What permission do you have to make structural changes. If this affects Part A, have you obtained the necessary fire cert?

I don't have any permission yet, I need to ask to the management company. I am assuming that there won't be any problem as the fire place is fake. Do you think that there may be some problems?
