Dublin Recommend valuer/estate agent for commercial property

Can anyone recommend a good valuer as well as an estate agent for a commercial property that we are looking to sell in the Dun Laoghaire/Monkstown area?

Lisney & Co are fairly good. They have an office in Dun Laoghaire, but their commercial work is done from their offices in Earlsfort Terrace

Are Lisney's not very expensive?

Not really. What is the point of using a small agent ?? Anybody interested in considering a decent Commercial property purchase will approach the larger agents, not a small fag butt of any agency. The bigger agents all charge in or around the same amounts.
