Could anyone recommend a structural engineer in dublin city to do a survey of a house? Also around how much would it cost? (25 years old, terraced, 3 story, 120sqm)
i'd recommend kelleher associates, they did a structural survey on the house we are looking to buy and i believe they did a great job ... you can find them on the internet ... you are looking at cca 400 euro ...
