I would agree with hillsalt and not use an agent for this it’s a waste of money. Judge the tenants for yourself and get references, Your solicitor will provide lease and charge about 150 euros, make inventory and add it to lease with any conditions you require, fill out PTRB form, change over ESB and bills and that’s about it. Agents are just interested in the money side and don't always operate in the landlords best interest.
