Thanks. Certainly will need the law side of things . Is he good on the inheritance tax side of things too

Yes he's strong on inheritance tax, legitimate avoidance measures etc. If memory serves, he got a specific qualification in that some years ago. He's my go-to man for sending clients with complex wills etc.
 
Why don’t you ask the issue on here.

Be careful that you both agree to split everything amicable or you’ll both lose in massive legal fees and acrimony.

Get a fee in writing.
