Recommend a tenancy agreement

We have a house which we have rented out this last few years. We haven't had a problem with tenants or tenancy agreements in the past but we're aware that problems can arise.

The tenancy agreements which we use are the ones from Kings, law printers and law stationers on Bolton street, Dublin.

Does anyone else use these or have any opinions on them. We're afraid that these agreements might not be tight enough should any difficulties arise.

Are there any other ones which any of you would recommend- available online or other?
