Recommend a solicitor in Bantry/Schull area?

Hi,

Hoping to buy a house in the Bantry/Schull area. Would anyone recommend a solicitor?
 
Am living in that area and have used Kevin o Donovan in Bantry in past for conveyancing. Very pleased with him. Have tried others in the past and found him best by far.. Hope this helps.
 
you don't need the solicitor to be in the area. Any solicitor in Ireland could buy a property for you anywhere else in Ireland.

Having one local makes meeting for signatures, key colletcion, etc., a lot easier!
 
Fair enough, but OP never said that they were LIVING in the area, merely that they wanted to PURCHASE in the area.
