Recommend a lettings management agent in Dublin

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a lettings management agency in Dublin (Northside)?

I'm basically the full management option.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Are you talking about a company for letting an apartment for you, or to manage a building block.
 
I use Wyse myself to rent an apartment, as i do not live in Dublin. I am using them for years now and they are very professional. They handled a sale for me also in the last few years, and i was really pleased with that also. They have an office on the North and the South side. Hope this helps you.
 
I am renting from a company called homemanagers, they are based in Dun laoighre but manage houses on the northside. I find they are quite reasonable with the tenants, but also quite strict on following up the payments and the quaterly inspection.

I have no idea how much they cost the landlord though!
