What recession?? I've contacted 4 contractors from the SEI recommended contractors to give me a quote for dry lining and other small bits of plumbing and electrical work.
Out of the 4 I contacted 3 called around and only one managed to give me a quote ( not too keen on him as he seemd a bit of a cowboy)
Can anyone recommed a reliable man/company who could do a good dry lining job for me and some other small electrical preferably someone who is on the SEI approved list and who takes prode in theie work.
