Recomendations for Handyman Tallaght

We have a Rental property in Tallaght, and are looking for someone 'reasonable' and reliable whom can carry out small handyman jobs for us, or organise the replacement of appliances etc when needed, we live a good hours drive away and are finding it difficult to manage it with a young family, thanks
