Recognise this classical music?

This is a clip of a busker playing classical music by wetting the rims of wine glasses.

It's very impressive, but does anyone recognise the piece of music he's playing?
 
I think a clip of it was used in a 70's programme about a ship.........

Poldark??...Captain Poldark???......

Maybe not, I have it on CD somewhere......I think.
 
Well one of the comments below the clip mentions Vienna which might help - they could be barking up the wrong tree of course anyway.

No don't think so - it was a big, swooping, dramatic, romantic thing.

This isn't - but it does sound familiar though.
 
Sounds like "Man O' Mystery"....used to be the theme tune to some series in the 70's.....Edgar something?! Is this any help?!
