A Apollo Registered User Messages 121 24 Mar 2010 #1 Hi, Is it only standard rate tax payers that can't reclaim exit tax on returns gained on life assurance investment bonds & unit trusts? Or is it the case they can only claim 20% back? I'm pretty sure that 41% exit tax is levied against returns on the above products. What other investment products, if any, are there restrictions on reclaiming exit tax? Cheers
