Recessed ceiling speakers

Anyone know where these can be bought in Cork - I tried Maplins & Sound Store but no joy..... er even if there is a recommended source online.

dwyers on forge hill have them at a cost of about 160 euro.
 
Richersounds just at the end of McCurtain st do them also.

Mind If I ask are these for a home audio system, if so, my 2c worth, dont use ceiling speakers, poorer quality, and aesthetically not a good solution.

Hi Ninsaga,

I have recessed ceiling speakers in my house, and given the choice, I would not do it again. I would for either small corner speakers, wallmount speakers, or plain bookshelf speakers. Sound quality on ceiling mounts is poorer, and also beleive me, after a few years, the "coolness" factor will have worn off, and you'll be stuck with them for another 30,40 years unless you replaster.
