Receiver selling residential property but not disclosing previous rent

I'm looking at a property that was rented up to 3 months ago.How do I find out the previous rent if the Receiver doesnt know?
The PRTB is of no assistance.

They said the property is no longer registered and they cannot disclose previous rent.I told them I didnt want risking renting above previous figure.

Obviously RTB have the information but wont release it.Sounds incredible given the state of the rental market.

If the RTB or receiver won’t disclose it it’s highly unlikely that the future tenant will find out.

Even if the tenant did find out they would still have to take you to the RTB to force you to lower the rent.

A tiny probably multiplied by a low probability is a very, very low probability.
