Reasonable rent for 3 bed south dublin?

Hi all,

Just wondering what people would consider reasonable rent for a 3 bed (2 double, 1 single probably) in the blackrock area with washing machine, dishwasher etc?

There are over 30 3 bed properties to let in Blackrock right now on daft so plently of choice. Landlords may have to accept less than they are actually asking to get the place let quickly.
