Re-Setting a diamond in new setting.

Can anyone recommend a jeweller to reset an old diamond ring for my niece.
I usually get something like this done while on my annual winter holiday to Goa by a lovely Kashmiri jeweller whom we have been friends with for years. Since COVID-19 has hit we won’t be going to Goa for a while!!! As well as there being no visas available. So looking for a recommendation to have this done for a similar price to Goa…. It’s the labour costs that make it so cheap in Goa as the price of Gold is the same word wide….

I can't imagine labour costs in Skibbereen or anywhere in Ireland are similar to labour costs in Goa - but then again, I could be wrong

No idea what a jeweler in Goa charges, but given the average annual wage there is about €350 a month....a similar price here for any service may be unrealistic.
