ajapale, I do not consider this fraud, i own half of a property and want to purchase the other half, the other half of this property is worth way less than 317K but I still have to pay stamp duty on the full value of the property. I feel that this is unfair so surely I'm entitled to ask if there's any valuer out there who is willing to value my property to my likings.... I estimate the property to be worth more than 317k but I'm not an expert so there could be a valuer out there who will value it at less than 317K.
