Re: Fireplace blocked up. Can I still get a fireplace and just get an electric fire?

Hi,

I am in the process of buying a house and the fireplaces have all been blocked up in the house. I am not interested in using an open fire but I would like to have a fireplace with an electric fire.

Is this possible as I do like the look of a fireplace in a sitting room.
