Hi there is is my first post,
I'm looking for some help. I have been renting a house for 8 years i have been a very good tenant i have always been on time with rent and my landlord has always praised me for how well the house is looked after. I started renting with a boyfriend but it didn't work and i was lucky to get rent allowance after 2 years Ras contacted me saying i would have to move over to ras i told them that i did not wish to stay in an estate as i was only renting here because my ex wanted to live in town the rent here is 800 a month but i am misreable here. When i told the ras i didn't wish to stay in this house for 4 more years they said that i'd have to sign with them first but as soon as i signed they said i can't move until the 4 year contract is up i'm with ras nearly 2 years now but i hate living here, and i have found another house for cheaper rent and in the perfect area. Is there anyway i can move to this house and still stay with ras the landlord ofthe new house has agreed to sign to Ras if i can move. Any help will be greatly welcomed.
