I have been trying to call Hardys in Newry for several days now. I am looking to buy a Rangemaster Cooker and have seen Hardys recommended on this site, but cannot make contact with them. The number I have is 02841763366. Any suggestions or are they still in business??

The no for them is 028 417 63366, from the south you would call 00442841763366. Def worth calling them, I ordered a rangemaster toledo from them 2 week ago, all in price incl delivery €1650, same model going for €2000 and more here.

Thanks for that. That is the number I have been trying for days and it is just ringing out. Maybe they are really busy or the line in down. I will keep trying.

I think the warranty is valid. Loads of people seem to by buying from Hardys and other places in N.I. and I think they have people in Dublin all of the time, becuase of the high volume of sales here.

make sure that there are Flame failure devices on all the gas burners of the cooker otherwise you should not fit the cooker in your house its against the Law

compare their prices to seamus waters in newry, I got a rangemaster off them a couple of months ago. very happy with the price after shopping round down here. delivered for free. After care service excellent.

Be prepared for a 6-7 week wait for it.

We bought a Rangemaster cooker from Dazells in Markethhill, in the north. The price was just about 900 euro less than the south, but that was 3/4 years ago. The service from the company was great. We did have one problem with the cooker and the guarantee covers in the south also. There is not as big a saving to be made now, but still enough to warrant purchasing up north in my opinion. We would not have been able to afford the cooker if we were buying it in the south. My brother also bought their cooker up north,
all the best, optimistic
