I know that the likes of B&Q and Atlantic Homecare sell them and you can buy them in different sizes, patterns and colours to suit standard type radiators.
One thing to consider is that they may absorb a lot of the heat radiated from the radiator and not function to their full ability once covered.

You're too quick clubman
I have a big ugly radiator in my hall and I really have no option but to cover it. The hall has 3 rads in it and the one I'm covering is a double one so I'm not so worried about losing heat.
If so, Atlantic is in Dundalk & B&Q is in Newry (OK not Louth but it's close)
