Quote for new fascia and soffit board

I've been quoted €450 to install a new brown PVC fascia and soffit board on the front and back of my house plus one down pipe from it. My house is a standard 3 bedroom mid terrace.

Does this sound reasonable?

sounds cheap Barney Mc. Is the downpipe pvc? any new guttering included? Where you based?

yes Cunninghams, downpipe will be PVC and also new PVC guttering.

In my opinion you should maybe ask for quotation for aluminium guttering and downpipes-depends on the spec but generally greater strength and therefore longevity with aluminium vs PVC. watch out for correct sealing of joints in PVC gutters and downpipes and that there is venting to your rafters throught soffit
