quote for gravel &patio for small garden

Revamping small city garden of terraced 3bd house as it had gone wild - has been cleared and now want to lay gravel and v. small patio - nothing fancy as it is for rental use. got a quote for 4k just wondering if this sounds reasonable ? labour costs included are 1600.

and the rest is gravel/cement/paving and vat!

sounds reasonable enough to me. What size is the patio/gravel area etc ?
