Hi - Looking for some help please...On Form 11, under Section D, it asks for the gross amount of income from Irish employments, offices and non-proprietary directorshipd subject to paye. Is this the total pay figure that appears on my P60 for 2009?....If anybody out there could advise...
Many Thanks....

As long as you are an ordinary employee or a non-proprietory director then yes, it is the Gross amount per P60. Proprietory directors enter in the next panel instead.

Thanks for the reply, Graham....Need clarification though....You mean as long as I am a non proprietory director? I am filling this form out as an employee of a Multi national...I completed the form and sent it earlier this month without filling this part in, it was then sent back to me to complete this particular question.....I thought it was asking for the gross income from my employment, meaning the total before tax from my P60 - Is this not correct? Many thanks for your help....

Sorry, I clarified my original post. As long as you are an ordinary employee or a director with less than 15% shareholding then you enter in that panel. Directors with in excess of 15% shareholdings enter in the Proprietory director panel instead. Part of this is to distinguish between people entitled to the PAYE credit. So as you described, you are an ordinary employee, then you are entering in the correct place.

Many Thanks Graham....that's 100% clear - thanks for your help, appreciated....
