Ok, what I understand about NAMA is that they are going to take on the toxic debt of banks in relation to developers only ???
NAMA wil not be dealing with:
- Mortgage defaults
- Credit card defaults
- Personal loan defaults
Also, with more commercial property now being left vacant, what happens to the outstanding debt on these?
