Question regarding rent allowance

I was awarded rent allowace about 6 months ago. It is now due for review. I sent the forms that need signed to my landlord some time ago and he still hasn't returned them as he is on holidays. It is now past the date that the forms were due back. My rent allowance cheques have stopped coming. If I get my forms returned to my community officer will he/she pay for the weeks that I didn't recieve?

Yes, once the form is returned to the CWO (and he/she is aware that the delay was due to the landlord being away), there should be no problem paying the arrears due and continuing your Rent Supplement.
 
I need to apply for rent allowance. Im rentig a room in an apartment but the landlord is my father. Will this cause a problem when applying?
