D Dreamerb Registered User Messages 783 19 Nov 2008 #2 From the end of the first phase of Towards 2016, so from 1 October 2008. That means, if I'm reading it correctly, that private sector pay increases agreed take effect from 1 January 2009, and public sector from 1 September 2009.
