Question about medical card renewal

Hi. I am recieving lone parent allowence and just looked at me and my childs medical card they ran out in april09. I was wondering if they are still valid or how does the renewel process work, I never recieved a form.

There have been problems with the Medical Card renewal procedure around the country, so people who should have received renewal forms haven't done so.

You should call into your local health centre and fill out a medical card form.
