I explained the other day about selling some land to neighbours who paid deposit 8 weeks ago. I allowed them to clear land because they are neighbours. Spoke to them and they are saying 1 of them who did not have to loan money now needs to act as guarantor for the other person involved hence delay in completion. Want to know can this happen after signing deposit contracts. This is now beginning to stress me out.
